Booz Allen EVP Lloyd Howell, Jr. to receive 2011 Black Engineer of the Year Award
Executive Vice President Lloyd Howell has been named 2011 Black Engineer of the Year by U.S. Black Engineer and Technology magazine in the 25th anniversary of the awards. The Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) will be presented Feb. 19, 2011, in Washington, D.C.
