(I-Newswire) February 28, 2010 – Richmond, VA – Women are searching for tips and strategies to help them get to the next level in their professional lives in this challenging economy, and to balance their personal and professional lives. Shanelle Calvin Consulting offers this and more during a daylong summit on Thursday June 17 2010. The Empowering Her Summit features thirty-minute interactive sessions, and improvisational exercises. Presentations will focus on health and wellness, fitness, leadership, and professional image.

The summit is designed for a more intimate setting so that women take an active role in the experience. Women will leave the summit with a support system of women, and tools they can use immediately after the program.

The event takes place at the Berkeley Hotel in the heart of Shockoe Bottom area in Richmond, Virginia. Registration is $100 for a VIP Ticket, which includes educational sessions, a networking buffet lunch, coffee breaks, a beauty session, and reception.
